The Volunteer Management Team has been together since 2002 and consists of Carol Savage and Dan Farley.

Carol and Dan coach volunteer managers and deliver SAMi Volunteer Management Cascade Training courses together. Although our work is focused on the Big Coaching Project, the team prides itself on the fact we will do as much as we can to help anyone on volunteering issues.

Carol has fourteen years experience of the voluntary sector both as an employee and as a volunteer, including four years as a Volunteer Bureau manager. Carol Joined North West Network (NWN) in 2001 to run NWN’s Millennium Volunteer Development Agency project.

Dan began working in the voluntary sector seven years ago; firstly as a volunteer then as a Millennium Volunteer Coordinator. Dan joined the team in October 2002.

Both Carol and Dan have Certificates in Coaching stress management and performance Coaching from the Coaching Centre, London.
