The ESFi Division has published the England and Gibraltar European Social Fund Convergence, Competitiveness and Employment Programme 2007-2013 Communication Plan. The Communication Plan is a strategic seven year document. The plan sets out the information and publicity measures that will be taken to promote the transparency of the programme. The publicity requirements are being built into beneficiaryi agreements and guidance for the new programme. In particular, Co-financingi Organisations, other beneficiaries and providers will ensure that participants and the public are informed of the financial contribution of the ESF.
