North West Network's Volunteer Management Team have been involved in the first phase of developing a new volunteering service in Oldham, since October 2009.  The second phase to deliver this service will be carried out by Voluntary Action Oldham (VAO) from April 2010 until April 2011, commissioned by Oldham Partnership. VAO are currently recruiting staff for the new service. The closing date for submitting completed applications is 12 noon on March 18 2010 and interviews are expected to take place on 29, 30 March or 1st April.
