John Hacking, North West Network's Senior European Officer attended a conference in London on 17 March 2009. The conference was called to look at the involvement of the Third Sectori after the changes to the provision of learning and skills for 14-19 year olds and the establishment of the Skills Funding Agency which is set to replace the LSCi. North West Network is ensuring that the Third Sectors voice is being heard during this important transition phase.
